Alongside our sport and physical activity offer we also provide opportunities for arts, crafts and cooking which have set plans and give the children another opportunity to learn new skills. This element may be carried out indoors or outdoors depending on the weather and activity. The HAF Programme is FULLY FUNDED for any child who’s family receive free school meals. This is not to be confused with the free school meal for every child in reception to year 2 that is also on offer.
You will receive an E-Voucher from your school if you are eligible to access the HAF for free across the school holidays. Our sessions are aimed at school aged children from 4 – 16 and we are able to encompass appropriate activities for all those ages. Our team of qualified staff will work with the children to ensure our sessions are accessible and engaging for all participants. For those children who do not have free school meals we also provide paid spaces for you to access that will allow your child to engage and interact with the activities in our programme. In both the free spaces and paid spaces a warm hot meal will be provided alongside fruit and healthy snacks every day of the programme. If you’re child does have any allergies please ensure to let us know on booking.
Part of our make up at Sports Connect is our highly skilled staff who ensure our programmes are accessible for all. If your child has an EHCP, disability or requires some extra support please do let us know so we can make our provision as inclusive as possible.
