Coach Development Programme

I am delighted to be able to launch the Sports Connect Coach Development Programme. Sports Connect will be providing a Sports Development Programme focused on high quality focused work with clubs, coaches and players. This will mean we can support coaches across all sports and levels, enhance opportunities to continue to develop coaching.

The rationale of the Coach Development Programme is to enhance the qualities and experiences required in coaching by offering a structured and organised platform for sports coaches to access, learn and apply. The ultimate aim is to Inspire, Motivate and Educate coaches to develop and improve the players.

As an experienced A Licence, FA Advanced Youth Award Coach and Post 16 Qualified Teacher, I hugely value the experiences that I’ve been through but also feel I have a duty to support the next generation of sports coaches.
